Liver Cleansing Salad
Hello everyone!
Today I will be showing you how to make the most amazing
liver cleansing meal ever. Not only is it so helpful for your liver, it’s
completely Paleo, so easy to make, and extremely yummy. (Questionably so!) I
call this the Liver Cleansing Salad.
Ingredients:
Baby spinach
White onion
Coconut Oil
Chicken breast
(While making this, keep in mind your own personal serving
size when it comes to the ingredients. Make as much as you want, as little as
you want, whatever you want.) Whatever you do though, this is going to Fill.
You. Up. In the best way possible.
Directions:
Chicken- I like to just bake mine in the oven with onion
salt and then shred it up and store it in the fridge for later use. For this
recipe you can have your chicken be warm or cold. It’s personal preference
really.
Onion- I chop up about a third of a large onion and throw it
into a frying pan with some coconut oil. The coconut oil is key here. It’s
important to be using good oils while cooking and coconut oil has some truly
amazing benefits. The oil from the onion will also serve as a sort of dressing
on your salad. I sauté my onion until it’s nice and brown. They should look crispy!
They are so sweet and delicious.
Salad- lay down your baby spinach, throw on your cut up
chicken and dump everything that is in the frying pan with the onion. Once
again, you can let the remaining oil drip onto your salad. It is delicious.
Eat up baby!
I like to make this for either dinner or lunch. I will even
make this before I go to work and put everything in a Tupperware and store it
in the fridge. It’s really easy to eat at work and will, once again, make you
feel full and satisfied.
Let me know if you make this salad, or would add or change
anything about the recipe!
Enjoy
Xoxo
